which makes 9 robots in total at our disposal.

Of these two machines weld with tandem wire (two wires and two independent sources).

Working range: up to 4200 mm in length

The robots are programmed offline using computer software and then the control programs are adjusted online at the individual workstations.

Our technology range includes the traditional MIG/MAG and TIG welding methods in protective atmospheres with about 40 welding sources. We use the TIG method to weld structural steel, as well as stainless steel and aluminium sheets up to 10 mm thick.

Subsequently, the surfaces and edges of the weldments are machined to the required quality in our grinding plant.

We also have certified personnel for performing non-destructive testing, specifically VT2, VT1, MT2 and PT2, and we can provide UT and RTG testing in cooperation with our partners.

Other operations of the following types are also performed:

• nut pressing
• nut riveting
• pressure testing of tanks

Today we are able to weld relatively large weldments with nominal dimensions of up to 5 metres and weighing over two tonnes, made from structural steels of common grades in a comparatively wide range of thicknesses. We also have tubular wire welding technology for sheet thicknesses of 3 to 50 mm.

We work in a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001:2008 with certified welding procedures according to EN ISO 3834-2:2005, which means higher quality requirements under the supervision of a welding engineer and welding technologist (EWE, IWE, EWT and IVT). We are also certified to EN1090-2+A1 in execution class EXC3 for steel structures and to DIN EN 15085-2 in execution class CL1 for the welding of rolling stock.
