Welding

We offer productive welding of parts on two CLOOS CNC Romat 350 five-axes welding robots.

 

CLOOS CNC Romat 350:

» work range: up to 4,200 mm diameter

» welding current power supply: Cloos GLC 553MC3/R

» positioners: WPG-DP1xWPEK-DP-KP

 

We also do classic protective gas welding using the MIG/MAG and TIG methods as well as point welding of sheet metal up to 6.0 mm thick.

 

We finish surfaces and edges in our grinding shop to the required quality.

 

We perform also other operations:

» tip welding

» soldering

» nut pressing

» nut riveting

 

We are able to weld relatively large weldments of nominal size up to 3 metres and weighing over a ton, made of structural steel of standards grades in a relatively large range of thicknesses.

We use the TIG method to weld stainless steel and aluminium sheets up to 3 mm thick.

 

Larger weldments as well as simple backings are cleaned of scales and dirt in our sandblasting cabin.

Smaller parts are cleaned of scales in tumbling machines. After that, the material surface is uniform and matt velvet.

 

We work in ISO 9001:2001 certified quality control system with welding procedures certified according to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2, under the supervision of a welding technologist.
