Laser cutting

In many cases laser technologies have successfully superseded classic machining technologies. Compared to milling and drilling, it is above all many times faster and also saves material (e.g. common splitting joint).

Laser cut is suitable for products with both simple and complex internal and external outlines, and thin as well as thick sheet metal.

What more, programming in JET/CAM guarantees maximum utilisation of the sheet metal plate.

At present we are equipped for 2D plane cutting with the following machines:

2 x TRUMPF L3030, max. sheet metal size

3000 x 1500 mm, with the following max. plate

thicknesses:

» steel - 20,0 mm

» stainless steel - 12,0 mm

» AL alloys - 6,0 mm

1 x TRUMPF L2503, max. sheet metal size

2500 x 1250 mm, with the following max. plate

thicknesses:

» steel - 12,0 mm

» stainless steel - 6,0 mm

» AL alloys - 3,0 mm
